All organizations must submit an application to be considered.
Drop off the completed form at Shoppers Services or fax to 604-858-9603 or email email@example.com
Requests are considered on a first come, first serve basis All requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of your requested dates to be considered. All contracts and insurance must be submitted one week in advance of the booking.
In order to help as many charitable projects as possible, the maximum booking is for one week every quarter. Bookings must be taken in consecutive days, and cannot be separated into individual days (i.e. spread out over several weekends).
If you will be fundraising or selling tickets at the booth, we just ask that after your booking you fill out a Booking Summary Report.
