Cottonwood Community Booth
We provide a Community Booth to give Non- Profit organizations of the Fraser Valley an opportunity to reach over 60,000 customers weekly. The booth is located at the west end of the mall and can be used to raise awareness, distribute information or sell raffle tickets. No solicitation is permitted.
The Community Booth is reserved for non-profit or charity groups that must have a registered charity number, as well as appropriate liability insurance. Please download the application form below for more details.
All organizations must submit an application to be considered.
Drop off the completed form at the mall administration office (mon.-fri 9am to 5pm) or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org Requests are considered on a first come, first serve basis. All requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of your requested dates to be considered. All contracts and insurance must be submitted one week in advance of the booking.
In order to help as many charitable projects as possible, the maximum booking is one week. Bookings must be taken in consecutive days, and cannot be separated into individual days (i.e. spread out over several weekends).
If you will be fundraising or selling tickets at the booth, we just ask that after your booking you fill out a Booking Summary Report.
